Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fraud Operations Analyst to manage
fraud prevention efforts and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee customer success communication regarding fraud inquiries
and ensure a positive experience
Develop and optimize processes for handling fraud requests and
analyze suspected fraudulent activities
Lead fraud prevention projects and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to implement strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in fraud prevention or related roles
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Familiarity with fraud detection software and industry best
practices
Experience in the payment, e-commerce, or travel industry is a
plus
