Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success
Consultant to join their Grow team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the transition of customers from implementation to active
usage of the Grow product
Develop and evaluate training materials to maximize client
adoption
Manage the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding,
training, and renewals
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred in I/O Psychology or
related field
Proven experience as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for a
SaaS product
Strong background in HR Tech or Talent Management
Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data for
decision-making
Continuous improvement mindset focused on feedback
