Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience using data to drive decision-making within engineering, product, or growth teams
4+ years of experience at a high-growth technology startup
High proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools
Experience developing tests and predictive analytics frameworks
Inherent curiosity and analytical follow-through
