Job Description:
A company is looking for an Academic Research Analyst
responsible for analyzing and interpreting data on research within
various social science disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, collect, and analyze data on programs and partners to
measure efficacy and impact
Produce written reports that clearly articulate research outcomes
and address customer inquiries
Innovate with new data sources and tools to enhance organizational
decision-making
Required Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in social science or a comparable field
Data literacy with knowledge of statistics preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce (or comparable CRM systems) and Excel
preferred
Willingness to learn additional data analysis tools such as SQL,
Python, or R
Basic knowledge of classical liberal ideas and academic
research
