      • Day shift staffing includes one team of RN, SA, surgical tech per OR room; teams taper off in the evenings.
      • Call on weekends and nights.
      • Night Shift is call only.
      • Call rotation on average of 2 call shifts per week, including weekday night and weekend primary and backup.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit: OR.
        • Number of Staff: Day shift with 16 RNs, 16 SAs, and 16 surgical techs.
        • Patient Ratios: 1-1.
        • Type of equipment: OR equipment, including robotics, neurosurgery, general surgery, plastics, urology, orthopedics, etc.
        • Typical procedures performed: All except for transplant and cardiac surgery.
