Job Description:
A company is looking for a Jr. Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst to
join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Lock new loans with investors and manage extension requests
Provide timely support to Sales Teams and manage the work queue
efficiently
Enforce the Rate Lock Policy while collaborating with Sales and
Operations Staff
Required Qualifications
2+ years of general mortgage experience
Experience with Pricing / Lock Desk is a plus
Working knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/VA mortgage
programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SQL knowledge is a
plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
