Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly telephonic encounters with patients, ensuring
compliance with care plans
Manage a patient panel of at least 100 patients, completing due
diligence and billing encounters
Attend mandatory meetings to discuss scope of work and improve care
management strategies
Required Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant with a minimum of two years of clinical
experience, preferably in pain management
Hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Records and proficiency
in Microsoft Office 365 applications
Ability to work in a HIPAA-compliant environment from home
High-speed internet and a compatible desktop or laptop computer
Self-directed with strong organizational and time-management
skills
