Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Frontline Support.
Key Responsibilities
Directly manage L1 Frontline Support team members
Perform proactive and reactive QA of tickets monthly
Respond to and engage with inbound customer inquiries across
various support channels
Review and escalate customer requests to appropriate teams
Develop familiarity with business processes and
financing/accounting best practices
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience
Familiarity with ticketing and customer engagement solutions like
Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
Product or customer service experience, preferably in a SaaS B2B
setting
Natural enthusiasm for customer engagement
Hunger for troubleshooting and problem solving
