Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional PRN Scheduler Float to
support various clinics remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, assess needs, and direct to appropriate
personnel while maintaining patient confidentiality
Schedule new and returning patients, manage appointment changes,
and handle insurance authorizations
Collect co-pays and arrange financial counseling for patients as
needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
0-3 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
Additional experience may be required for higher-level
positions
