Job Description:
A company is looking for a Jumbo/Non-QM Mortgage
Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite Jumbo/Non-QM loans and manage 45+ initial underwrites
per month
Communicate with Loan Officers and Processors regarding loan status
and maintain accurate documentation
Assist with training and provide leadership in underwriting
resources and credit policy execution
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of specific underwriting experience with
Jumbo and Non-QM loans
Recent experience underwriting Jumbo and Non-QM loans
Demonstrated knowledge of DU and LP input and the ability to
interpret their findings
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
systems
Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced
environment
