Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Collector/Repayment
Services Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage loan collections and repayment services, ensuring timely
payments and accurate account management
Investigate non-payment situations, negotiate terms, and develop
effective payment plans
Build strong relationships with clients, providing clear and
professional communication in both English and French
Required Qualifications:
Diploma in business, credit, or a related field required;
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a bilingual
(English/French) environment
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a
collections/receivables role
Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is
mandatory
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in credit
