Job Description:
A company is looking for a High Volume Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem
resolution and service support
Resolves basic payment and account-related requests and escalates
unresolved issues to senior representatives
Maintains knowledge of products and services while working flexible
hours in a 24/7 call center environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 6 months of high volume call center experience within the
last 2 years
Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and
weekends
Must be on camera during work hours
