Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Provider (MD/DO) - PT.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality direct care and medication management for
members
Coordinate care with community providers and support onboarding of
new providers
Participate in administrative duties and continuous improvement
initiatives
Required Qualifications
Active, unencumbered medical license (MD/DO) in Maine
Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Buprenorphine and
completion of required SAMHSA training
At least 1 year of experience in a team-based care setting with
behavioral health providers
Proof of active Board Certification (Addiction Medicine
preferred)
Access to reliable internet and telephone services for telemedicine
work
