Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the UX
phase of projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead stakeholder workshops and conversations to understand project
goals and establish consensus
Perform user research and usability audits, documenting findings
and best practices
Collaborate with project managers to define project plans and
timelines
Required Qualifications
Deep fluency and practical knowledge of usability best
practices
Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
principles
Expert knowledge in Figma and its features
Experience leading complex enterprise-level projects
Strong mentorship and leadership skills
