Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Training Specialist to design
and develop training materials for implementation and change
management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop culturally sensitive training materials in collaboration
with the change management team and program consultants
Conduct needs analysis and recommend effective training solutions
for successful adoption
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and the program team to
ensure timely deliverables and communicate risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
No specific certifications required
Experience in instructional design and training program
development
Familiarity with business process analysis and training development
methodologies
