Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Operations Coordinator 4 to
maintain provider data and manage provider relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Perform roster audits and act as a customer service liaison
Resolve provider load issues and manage assigned projects
Maintain provider contract data and demographics for assigned
groups
Required Qualifications
2+ years of provider relations or healthcare services
experience
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and
TEAMS
1+ years of experience managing mid to large scale projects
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience with provider contract interpretation and knowledge of
medical claims is a plus
