Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Care Representative
with call center experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer service calls and make outbound follow-up
calls as needed
Document all actions during calls in proprietary software and
escalate issues when necessary
Participate in performance reviews and coaching sessions with
leadership
Required Qualifications
High school education or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in an inbound call center or customer
service environment
Experience or knowledge of hospital patient account billing and
third-party reimbursements is a plus
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations and screenings as
mandated
