Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Configuration Management
Database (CMDB) Specialist to support and enhance Service
Management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain CMDB health within the ServiceNow platform and manage
remediation tasks
Conduct gap analysis to improve CMDB data quality and enhance
discovery processes
Create and update process documentation, provide training, and
support end users on CMDB best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field and 4+
years of relevant experience
Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow at a systems
administration level
US Citizenship is required
ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification is preferred
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is preferred
