Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist to support
patient care efforts in a corporate remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with call center personnel to coordinate patient
care
Manage call schedules for patients at risk of hospital
readmission
Maintain records of customer interactions and inform case managers
of patient needs
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent
Six months' experience in healthcare, preferably with telephonic
patient interaction
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Strong computer software and data entry skills
