Aircraft Fueling SpecialistAt Signature Flight Support Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Fueling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for fueling and servicing aircraft in a safe and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fueling and de-fueling operations in accordance with company procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ensure accurate accounting of fuel transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform de-icing functions as required and maintain equipment in clean and functional condition.
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe manner and ensure correct loading and balancing of fuel.
  • Use fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to fuel aircraft.Requirements:
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three (3) to six (6) months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of 18 years of age.
    • Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the company's insurance policies.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
    • Knowledge of fueling and de-fueling procedures for various aircraft, deicing procedures, and fueling procedure for various ground equipment preferred.
    • Must possess a valid state driver's license.
    • Must successfully complete Company's PST program.
    • Commercial Driver License (HI locations).Working Conditions:
      • Regularly stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
      • Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
      • Operate company vehicles in a safe manner.
      • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide and ability to perform mathematical functions with regard to weight, measurement, and volume.
      • Clearly communicate in English with others in person, via telephone, radio communicators, and in writing for purposes of performing certain job duties and safety.
      • Wear uniform and insignia as prescribed by the Company.
      • Report to work in a regular and timely basis.
