Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lawson Procurement Team Lead to
oversee procurement operations in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of procurement professionals in sourcing and
purchasing goods/services
Develop strategic sourcing plans and analyze spend data for cost
savings
Oversee the RFX process and manage supplier relationships to ensure
compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or
related field
7-10 years of progressive healthcare procurement/supply chain
experience
3-5 years of management/leadership experience
Proficiency with Lawson procurement systems/tools
Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
