Revenue Integrity Coding Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Coding Billing Specialist to provide revenue cycle support services.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve claims with Revenue Integrity pre-bill edits and specific hold codes
Review clinical documentation to validate and apply appropriate coding
Ensure compliance with Federal/State guidelines and maintain knowledge of billing requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or GED
5+ years of relevant experience in Health Information Management (HIM)
AAPC or AHIMA coding certification
Experience in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS Level II Coding
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer billing compliance guidelines
