Proxy Call Center Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to work remotely in a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities

Handle large call volumes daily using an automated dialer
Research and update contact information for shareholders
Solicit shareholder votes and respond to inquiries using provided materials

Required Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
Previous virtual Call Center experience preferred
Must have a Windows PC and unmetered high-speed internet access
Must possess a USB connected headset with noise cancelling features
