Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success, Customer
Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize customer retention rates and minimize churn through
effective sales techniques
Execute the renewal process to ensure annual recurring revenue is
retained or expanded
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal
strategies and customer analytics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Related sales or customer experience in B2B software sales
Experience with subscription go-to-market approaches for customer
success management and renewals
Demonstrated progressive experience in roles such as SDR, BDR, or
CSM
Preferred experience with technical products, particularly in
DevOps or software development lifecycle
