control practices.Skills and Experience for Success:Registered
Medication Aide CertificationNurse Aide CertificationPrevious
memory care experience preferredCurrent CPR CertificationAbility to
communicate and interact competently on a one-to-one basis with
residents and family members.Ability and desire to engage residents
in a variety of daily activities.Ability to take initiative for
resident care and daily enjoyment.Responsibilities:Pass medications
and deliver required nursing care, personal care, treatments, and
psychological support to assigned residents in our assisted living
areas.Observe and report resident conditions of concern and support
the commitment of Resident's Rights.Redirects and provides
activities and/or communicates appropriately with the cognitively
impaired.Assists in maintaining resident and unit area in a clean,
orderly, and safe manner.Assists with meal service, clean up, and
light cooking to accommodate individual resident
