Job Title: Workers' Compensation ParalegalLocation: Midlothian (In Office)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Occasional late hours depending on case load)Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (Based on experience)About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and organized Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join our team and support one of our most tenured attorneys! This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a highly respected attorney in a friendly and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage routine and complex legal documents.
• Review, organize, and summarize reports and case materials.
• Assist with hearing and trial preparation.
• Maintain organized case files and adhere to deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring all guidelines are followed.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and TABS for billing; training on specific systems will be provided.Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in Workers' Compensation or a strong background in liability cases.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Previous billing experience required; familiarity with TABS and Worldox is a plus, but not mandatory.Benefits:
