Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Program Manager I to support
leadership and guide large programs and projects in the Digital
Experience and Engagement space.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and integrate technical and business requirements to
establish program frameworks
Manage multiple project scopes, ensuring successful execution
within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments
Coordinate program management reviews and maintain metrics for
project quality, performance, and delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2 - 4 years of related experience, or
equivalent experience
Experience with Jira or other Agile/Scrum related platforms
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Experience with developing, monitoring, and managing project
budgets and schedules
