Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Program
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees project and program managers throughout the project life
cycle
Manages resource planning and monitors program attributes,
including costs and risks
Develops team capabilities and provides leadership, coaching, and
performance reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including
management experience
Experience with Agile/Scrum platforms and large-scale digital
transformations
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health sectors
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
preferred
SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred
