Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to set strategic goals and
initiatives
Architect and develop responsive web applications and Single Page
Applications
Lead incident response efforts and establish best practices across
the organization
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a software engineer
3+ years of experience leading software teams
Expertise in front-end development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and
modern frameworks like React
Experience in architecting mobile-first web applications
Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and native app development
