You will lead a team through the day-to-day navigation of assisting customers with their needs in a timely manner and drive the change initiatives that are Duties/ResponsibilitiesLead/guide/direct the day to day operations of the Parts Team with a team of 3 individuals. Operate and become SME of the Infor LN ERP System in the Aftermarket requirements.Partner with internal teams to direct urgent material requirements for customers. Process Orders and quotation requests.Work directly with Parts Sales Manager for stocking program, kit initiation, project based requirements, and sourcing efforts. Attend weekly calls with Key Account Customers to provide status or follow-up on their requirements.Manage and follow-up on customer concerns with accurate and timely responses.
