Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Human Resources Business Partner
to provide Human Capital Management consulting to managers and
employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR support in complex situations and align HR strategies
with business goals
Analyze HR metrics and implement organizational design changes
Guide management on performance management and resolve employee
concerns
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and eight years of HR
generalist experience
Broad knowledge of HR trends and best practices
In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Experience handling complex employee relations and leading change
initiatives
Proficiency using MS Office tools and knowledge of HRIS tools
