Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with patients and customers to discuss healthcare needs and
benefits
Build rapport and present the value of healthcare programs
effectively
Resolve customer concerns and guide members toward achieving their
healthcare goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigation
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
Able to provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and
Display ports
