Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Record Review Associate to
join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure excellent customer service and generate required program
reports accurately and on-time
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and
assist in special projects
Act as a liaison within the group to meet client needs and
coordinate service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 1-3 years equivalent work
experience
3+ years of experience in a specialized area related to this
role
Demonstrates outstanding internal and external client service
skills
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and meet
critical deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
