Support.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises the Agency Support and Licensing teams, fostering a
high-performance culture
Leads the evaluation and optimization of operational processes to
enhance agent satisfaction
Collaborates with senior stakeholders to align departmental efforts
with organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
7 years of progressive relevant experience
Minimum of three years' experience in a health insurance and/or
operations role
Health Insurance License preferred
In-depth knowledge of the health insurance industry
