Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Care Technician to work in a
call center environment making outbound calls to engage members for
pharmacist consultations.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule pharmacist consultation appointments with members
participating in clinical programs
Provide outstanding customer service for inbound and outbound
calls
Document provider feedback in the clinical database and manage
incoming fax queues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in pharmacy and/or PBM
business or a High School diploma
Current pharmacy technician license in state of residence
Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification
Previous Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience
Bilingual in Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, or
Vietnamese (preferred)
