Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Scheduler to manage the
scheduling of pharmacists and payroll information.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule pharmacists for store locations and flu clinics within
budgeted payroll
Monitor overtime, premium, and travel pay while assisting with
schedule vacancies
Input hours worked and manage payroll information for
pharmacists
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Experience in a Pharmacy Technician position preferred
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and union rules
Ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel records
Experience with payroll systems and reconciliation preferred
