Job Description:

  • Coverage Needed:
    • ASAP - ongoing
    • Mon - Fri
    • 10's until 5:30p or 12's until 7:30p
    • Potentially 2 sites
    • Clinical Information:
      • Hospital based setting
      • Call coverage - Required
      • EMR: Medaxion
      • 6-10 CRNAs working extended shifts (10's, until 5:30pm, or 12's until 7:30pm)
      • Patient ages: Adult
      • Cases: endoscopy, interventional radiology, gamma knife MRI, CT and obstetrics
      • 300 bed facility
      • 16 operating rooms located in the Main OR
      • CRNA's typically do their own spinals
      • Will work closely with attending physicians in a care team model
      • Required:
        • Current Flu Vaccine
        • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
          • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
          • Active VA License
          • Board Certified
          • Must be willing to take call
