Job Description:
A company is looking for a Psychiatrist to conduct independent
peer review.
Key Responsibilities
Provide final determinations regarding medical necessity and
quality of care issues
Make fair and unbiased decisions based on current evidence-based
practice and standards of care
Required Qualifications
Unrestricted medical license in any state
Board-certified by a recognized medical specialty board (if
applicable)
Engaged in active clinical practice for a minimum of 24 hours per
week
At least 5 years of clinical experience
Hospital medical staff privileges may be required in some cases
