A company is looking for a Clinical Lead, Workplace
Disability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the clinical LOA process to ensure timely and
accurate case completion
Develop and implement provider training programs to enhance
outcomes for LOA cases
Collaborate cross-functionally to automate processes and establish
real-time tracking systems for LOA cases
Required Qualifications
Actively licensed mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT,
Psychologist, or equivalent) with 5+ years of clinical
experience
5+ years of experience in content marketing, healthcare product
development, or related fields
Broad subject matter expertise across diverse conditions and
populations, particularly in family mental health
Proven track record of building relationships with leadership and
product teams
Experience in the digital mental health ecosystem
