Williamsburg Landing, a CARF-accredited life plan community, seeks Full-Time (36+ hours/week), Part-Time Plus (30-35 hours/week), and Part-Time (less than 30 hours/week) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to care for residents in Assisted Living and the Health & Rehabilitation Center. Licensed Practical Nurses oversee the work of Certified Nursing Assistants, Certified Medication Aides (if applicable), direct emergency response when necessary, assist physicians on the unit as requested, ensure documentation is timely and accurate, and dispense medications as prescribed. Ideal candidates will have the availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, take ownership of their job performance with limited supervision, possess attention to detail and outstanding follow through, and be able to positively relate to residents, guests, and staff.
