Job Description:
Binding Minds is seeking a travel nurse RN Behavioral Health for
a travel nursing job in Richmond, Virginia.Job Description &
Requirements
MUST HAVE: Adult Behavioral Health experience with the ability to
administer oral and IM medications, admissions, discharges, 1:1
assessments, Therapeutic communication skills, CPI, CPR. Candidates
without these skills will not be considered for the role. Able to
work 3- 12 hours shifts (7a-7p) per week and every other
weekend.
PREFERRED OR NICE TO HAVE: MediTech experience, Trauma informed
Care & Charge Nurse experience. Candidates with these skills will
be considered first.
2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A HOPSITAL SETTING REQUIRED
ABOUT THE UNIT(s):
Number of Beds - 24 beds, 12 acute and 12 non-acute
Number of Staff
Patient Ratios - Usually 1:7 at the most
Type of equipment - EKG machine, copier/fax machine, Glucose
monitoring, computers with MediTech EMR, iPhones (iMobile)
EMR - electronic medical record-MediTech, Windows based systemAbout
