Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Implementation
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage implementations for employer groups under 500 lives,
ensuring timely onboarding of Workforce Benefits
Collaborate with Sales Representatives and other teams to maintain
effective relationships and resolve installation issues
Act as the primary liaison between IT and customers, advocating for
customer needs throughout the implementation process
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree
preferred
1-2 years of experience in small group implementations
Solid understanding of benefits, claims, and billing workflow
processes
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
effectively
