Job Description:
A company is looking for a Purchasing Manager to oversee
purchasing operations and improve supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise team activities, including training, performance
evaluations, and recruitment
Maintain relationships with vendors and manage procurement
processes, including SOPs and supplier certification
Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and
educational programs for staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3 - 5 years of relevant
experience, or a combination of education and experience
Solid understanding of contract negotiation and procurement
processes
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
Leadership skills to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and intermediate
math skills
