Key Responsibilities

retention and reduce churn
Own and manage a renewals pipeline, ensuring timely contract
negotiations and renewals
Analyze renewal trends, risks, and opportunities, leveraging data
to inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in renewals, partner success, or account
management in a HealthTech environment
3+ years managing renewals processes
Proven track record of high retention rates and churn reduction
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Deep understanding of subscription-based revenue models and
customer lifecycle management
