Job Description:
A company is looking for a Content Program Manager to drive
multiple programs within the Content organization and ensure
alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop guidelines, standards, and best practices for the project
management team
Manage course production planning, reviews, and content releases
while ensuring timely delivery
Coordinate cross-team communication and collaboration to meet
project expectations and quality standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of program and management experience
Degree in project management, instructional design, educational
technology/media, or related field
Experience in program management of eLearning initiatives
Familiarity with project management software such as Asana and
Jira
Content development experience in a rapid development
environment
