Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Program
Manager to enhance customer experience and drive engagement through
strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and launch programs to increase customer awareness and
adoption of products
Own and deliver high-impact Customer Success programs to improve
retention and accelerate time-to-value
Represent the Customer Success Team in cross-functional initiatives
focused on customer experience
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in building and scaling customer success
programs, preferably in a SaaS environment
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive key
decisions
Experience in strategic campaign design and management in B2B SaaS
or technology-focused industries
Knowledge of SaaS customer lifecycles and essential Customer
Success metrics
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and Gainsight
