Key Responsibilities
Guide the product philosophy and roadmap for features that enhance
player engagement on Discord
Prioritize consumer and developer needs to drive engagement and
revenue while maintaining user experience
Collaborate with various product and engineering teams to create a
cohesive vision for game developer products
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in building and shipping consumer software,
preferably as a product manager
Experience and understanding of gaming and player engagement
Proven track record of solving consumer/player problems with
innovative solutions
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and execute solutions
to complex problems
Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness in working
with engineers
