Key Responsibilities
Align channel operations with overall business objectives and
develop performance metrics
Monitor and analyze channel partner performance, identifying areas
for improvement
Design and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency and
partner experience
Required Qualifications
3-8+ years of experience in Channel Operations or Channel Analyst
role, preferably in SaaS or Cybersecurity
In-depth knowledge of indirect sales models and channel partner
ecosystems
Proficiency in analyzing channel performance data and generating
insightful reports
Exceptional quantitative skills and proficiency in MS Excel/Google
Sheets
Strong project management skills to oversee multiple channel
initiatives
