Senior Client Engagement Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Client Engagement Manager (Remote in US).
Key Responsibilities

Manage client contracts and relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments
Prepare and monitor budget and revenue expectations for assigned clients
Identify sales opportunities and support the client engagement team in closing sales

Required Qualifications and Education

7+ years of relevant work experience without a bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a bachelor's degree in health insurance, client service/business to business, or healthcare policy
Strong product knowledge spanning across COB & PI
Experience in managing client satisfaction and developing strategic project plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of SQL or Tableau preferred
