Job Description:
A company is looking for a Disability Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main contact for communication and collaboration with
assigned accounts
Review and verify FMLA and Disability forms for validity and
compliance
Provide world-class customer service while maintaining patient
privacy and handling high call volumes
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to conduct and interpret HIPAA/Privacy Guidelines
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and
time-management
Proven consistent dependability and attendance
Confidentiality and discretion are required
